I will never, ever, ever trade Ryan Howard......again

...because he just hit the hardest and furthest ball I've ever seen in my life, including at least 50% of the Bonds dongs, and some mid-late 60's McCovey shots.

Next time you're at the ballyard, check out where the Ford Logo is in right-center--he hit it like a rocket off that spot, and if the wall were not there, would have gone 500 feet--regardless what anyone else might say.

However, if you throw him offspeed stuff from the portside (like Noah did earlier) he's pitchable.

Still....what a basher, and he's still a baby!

This is Exhibit A in how not to win at rotisserie baseball. As soon as you get married to a player and designate them as untouchable, you have already lost the battle.

Players in rotisserie baseball are commodities, to be exchanged for others that make you better after the trade than before. Taking someone off the market only damages their value. Just one Boof's opinion.

OK... I traded him to you when he had 5 home runs, couldn't hit left-handers and wasn't fielding his position. The instant I traded him he hit 30 homeruns in a week, just to spite me.
